The last day of the Spring Term saw Year 5 extend their programming skills with another visit from Mrs Rowland. Working in small groups, the children designed and made a body to house their microbit. Every child achieved an end result which held a microbit programmed to do whatever they had instructed it to!
Mrs Rowland has been incredibly impressed with the progress that Year 5 have made in their programming skills and thinks they will “blow minds” when they move on to the secondary school computing curriculum!
Well done, Year 5! Some of the finished designs are on show in their classroom.
