The cross country finals

Written by Thomas Longshaw

On a Wednesday in November, I represented New Mills Primary School in the cross country finals. We came second out of all the schools; it was a long run. It was very hard because there were a lot of hills and we had to do two laps! Also it was extremely muddy.

I was very proud of myself because I was competing against older children.

Thank you Mrs Fisher for taking me to this amazing event.
