Last Friday, Year 5 & 6 went to view the various Christmas trees on display at St George’s annual Christmas Tree Festival. Year 5 had, once again, made a tree to display. This year’s creation was eggs-traordinary. The children were given the opportunity to look around the church, ask questions, view clothing worn by the vicar and add their thoughts to the prayer tree. On their return to school, they recorded their thoughts and feelings on the visit.
WE FOUND OUT THIS WEEKEND THAT OUR EGG BOX CHRISTMAS TREE GOT THE MOST VOTES FROM THE VISITORS TO THE FESTIVAL AND WAS THE WINNING ENTRY!!
